About training in Poland
How pilot training is regulated
As an EU member state, Poland applies the common EU aircrew rules (Regulation (EU) No 1178/2011, Part-FCL), which EASA maintains; EASA states that licences are issued by the national aviation authority of each member state, which for Poland is the Civil Aviation Authority (ULC). This entry is incomplete: the ULC website could not be read during the review, so national details, age and hour figures, and training-organisation lists must be confirmed directly with the ULC before publication.

Qualification terminology
Names and privileges are local to Poland. Similar names in other countries are not interchangeable.
| Code | Official name | Minimum age | Regulatory minimum flight time | Source |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| PPL(A) | Private Pilot Licence for aeroplanes (Part-FCL)EU-wide private pilot licence; EASA guidance cites about 45 hours of flight instruction. Polish specifics unverified. | n/p | 45 hEASA general guidance: around 45 hours of flight instruction. Not verified against ULC pages. | official |
A regulatory minimum is a legal floor for the qualification. It is not the number of hours most students need, and not a guarantee of cost or completion time.
Medical, language and instruction
Languages of instruction among researched schools: Polish, English.
International students
No official Polish source was retrievable for this review. Non-EU nationals should check visa and residence rules with Polish authorities and the school; nothing here promises eligibility.
Training approval does not establish immigration permission or international-student eligibility. Verify current rules with the official sources above.
Foreign licences and conversion
